The pedagogical program
The program integrates the fundamentals of the coaching profession, using a generalist and multi-tool approach. We share tools such as AT, PNL or the systemic approach. Considering that the attitude of the coach requires constant learning, the participants are allowed to identify the most suitable specialties according to their profile. Our program is the only one based on the comprehensive vision of the philosopher Ken Wilber, allowing a rich systemic understanding from different perspectives of man in the world.
The “Keys to Coaching” training allows access to the title of professional coach. It is officially accredited by the International Coaching Federation. It is one of the main associations recognized by professional coaches for their commitment to the coaching profession, through a certification process, through the publication of a code of ethics and the 11 competencies.
The pedagogical team
Our trainers are all experienced coaches (certified and evaluated at the highest ICF level), among them, they gather more than 150 years of practice. They have double competence as a coach and as a trainer, with a great capacity for listening and for analyzing.
Your professional project
Our teams accompany you during and after the training course, in supervisory mode, to develop towards excellence and to promote your activity as a coach. Throughout the training you will define YOUR vision of coaching and you will design your professional project.
Module 1: The Bases of Coaching
With Ken Wilber’s holistic vision, we will lead participants to understand the concept of coaching and how it differs from therapy or counseling.
In this module we will analyze what coaching is and what it means, what are the skills and attitude of a coach, what are the perimeters of action of a coaching, what is the structure of a coaching session and a coaching plan, and how question certain issues and for what.
Module 2: Analyze the request
Generate possibilities of action to customer service. This is the goal of coaching. For this, it is essential to understand the functioning of the subjective system of each one.
In this module, we will analyze which are the most effective ways to communicate with our customers, which communication and behavior strategies we can identify as a coach, and which are the customer analysis filters.
Module 3: Analyze the request: Part 2
Each individual builds its own vision of the world, for this reason exists the confusion between reality and representations of reality, and this is an essential element in interpersonal relationships. It is the coach’s mission to work with her customer in her representation system, her map of the world.
In this module we will analyze which representation system our customers use, what are the communication and behavior dissonances within the group, the articles on humanistic communication and the relationship between language and thought.
Module 4: Methodology and Supervision
Each coach must choose its method of intervention within the framework of a global strategy. This will allow participants to take stock of the knowledge to develop and to draw a roadmap for the certification as a Professional Coach.
In this module we will assess the entry points in a complete coaching process, how to frame the services, what are the expectations of the certification, how we start our external coaching in a real situation, what are the facets of my knowledge and skills, and how we can establish the axes of improvement.
Module 5: The shadow of the coach
By adaptation, an individual often masks the authenticity of her personality. Beyond appearances there is another reality that is up to the coach to explore.
Detecting the shadow components in oneself allows the coach to better identify them in their customers, and accompany them in a complete and humanistic way.
In this module we will learn what our unknown part is and how to detect it in our customers, how we can carry out a comprehensive accompaniment and which are the limits of coaching.
Module 6: The “we” in Coaching – Dynamic spiral
With the dynamic spiral of C. Graves, we have integrated a model into our philosophy of humanistic coaching, this allows us to read professional environments and establish links with the attitude of leadership, being a fundamental element in the functioning of a team and in its environment of work.
In this module, we will analyze the influences and interactions of the social environment on the individual, and the individual in the society. We will also assess the motivating factors of an individual and a group. We will also discuss the coach’s preferred posture, the essential interactions between a leader and a group, and how to integrate the collective approach to coaching.
Module 7: Certification and Commercial Aspects
Within the certification process, participants will comment on the evolution of their professional project. The process will be completed after informing the participants of the ICF certification process.
We will close this module by explaining how to evaluate the strengths and vigilance points of the coach, defining the main lines of the coach’s project and explaining the steps to achieve the ICF certification, as well as the role of Coaching Ways and the coach in the Accompaniment Process Comprehensive (PAI).
